Fitphoria is right for you if you’re looking for a customized approach in a private setting with someone who looks at the “whole you.” Jennifer Slaboda has multiple certifications in personal training and comprehensive Pilates, and eight years of experience working with clients of all types. She will help identify your strengths and weaknesses, and design programs to help balance your muscles, make your movements more efficient, and prevent pain. She will work with you to help you live more healthfully and feel better. Some conditions Jennifer’s worked with include: lower back pain and disc issues, osteoporosis / osteopenia, menopause, pregnancy, post-rehab for shoulder, knee and foot surgeries, multiple sclerosis and diabetes.
Private Pilates
The practice of Pilates helps develop a strong core and greater flexibility for daily activities and sports. I customize a Pilates program for you that addresses your specific movement patterns and needs, and trains your body to work more efficiently. Private Pilates sessions can be done outdoors in person, or online.
Personal Training
Because a strong core is important for daily activities and sports, I incorporate Pilates concepts into personal training sessions, while creating custom workout plans to help you reach your goals. During our sessions, I ensure correct movement patterns, give you progressions as you master the movements, and help you have fun doing it.
Nutrition Coaching
To get in shape, you’ll need to be consistent with your habits, whether it be your fitness, eating, sleep or stress management. To be consistent, you need help. Don’t struggle on your own. Stay accountable and consistent with help from me.
