I’m a mom with a former career in marketing, so I’ve worked long days trying to balance family and work life. It took a toll on my body, from carrying children, chasing after pets, and sitting behind a desk a lot with bad ergonomics. With lower back pain from bulging discs, and carpel tunnel syndrome in both wrists, I needed to figure out how to get my body back in shape to do the things I love. So, I made my fitness and nutrition a priority, and got inspired to help others do the same. My body’s not perfect, but I know how to treat it better to avoid pain and feel strong and flexible.
With certifications in Personal Training, Pilates instruction, Medical Fitness, and Nutrition Coaching, and 8 years of experience teaching and coaching, you can trust me as a partner in your journey to better fitness and health.
